When is your last send-out for rentals?
Kayakers and Paddle Boarders must arrive no later than two hours prior to close to receive a full two hour rental. We often will accept later arrivals, however you will be unable to be on the water for the full rental period. Can I take a Paddleboard or Kayak from one location and return it at another?
No, all paddle boards and kayaks must be returned to the location from which they were taken.

No, Paddleboard and Kayak rentals are a first come first serve basis. Our busiest times are weekends and afternoons. If you call prior to coming in we can give you an idea of our availability, but we can make no guarantees.

The driver of the craft must have a valid drivers licence (learners licence is OK). If the driver is under 19 they will need a guardian 19+ on the water with them (separate machines allowed). Without a drivers licence you may be an extra passenger on the back of the jetski. Passengers must be 6 years old minimum.
How fast can the Kayaks go?
Kayaks average about 10 km/h but it all depends on the rider and daily weather patterns.
How old do I have to be to sign my own waiver?
You must be 19 years of age or older to sign your waiver. Anyone under 19 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for them. This often means the guardian will need to be on the water with you. Check age requirements above.
For Paddleboard rentals, what is your busiest time, and what happens when there are no boards available?
We are busiest between 12 PM and 4 PM. Weekends and holidays are particularly busy. If all our boards are on the water we simply put you on a wait list for the next available board. To keep things fast and efficient you have to come into the office and pay before we add your name to the wait list. We always recommend coming in early to avoid long wait times.

No, generally standard swimwear will do. If you wish to have a wetsuit you may rent one from us at time of rental for $5.
